2021 Fall Parade of Homes

Description

The Parade of Homes returns to Kansas City this fall featuring 231 homes built by 88 home builders in eight counties across the Kansas City metropolitan area. Sponsored by Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling, homes range in price from $219,900 to more than $1.9 million.

Homes will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and admission is free. Free parade guides are available for pickup at the KCHBA (I-435 & Holmes) and at all Parade homes during the dates of the event. Download the mobile app to search homes, save your favorites and map your route.

If, for some reason, a home you visit is closed, please call the builder listed in the guide or on the mobile app to have it unlocked.
